For the 2nd annual Stop’s Night Market charity event, [R]ed[U]x Lab teamed up with restaurants Woodlot and Côte de Bœuf to deliver a cart that would stand out as much their cuisine. The cart’s structure is such that it holds up to 500 serving platters. The interior of the cart is lit up, and as the platters are used throughout the night, the structure lightens up and begins to glow.
